Through dance as physical activity, senior women, in this article, are shown to pursue health, thus maintaining the physical capacity vital for a fulfilling and complete engagement with life's myriad opportunities. Subsequently, the concept of health extends beyond merely preventing illnesses; it is primarily about experiencing well-being, encompassing satisfaction in one's life within its physical, mental (cognitive), and social domains. The satisfaction, more specifically, resonates with accepting an aging body, cultivating personal growth, and engaging in new social relationships. The positive impact of organized dance activities on the quality of life for older women stems from the increased sense of satisfaction and empowerment (subjectivity) experienced across different aspects of their lives.

Through an experimental approach, the study examined the influence of wearing an ETM on lung function (LF), aerobic capacity (AC), and hematological levels among male university-level athletes, specifically cyclists, runners, and swimmers. Forty-four participants were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 22 individuals (aged 21 to 24, plus or minus one year) who wore ETMs, and a control group of 22 participants (aged 21 to 35, plus or minus one year) who did not wear ETMs. Both groups' training regimens included eight weeks of high-intensity interval training on cycle ergometers. Evaluations of physiological and hematological parameters were conducted before and after the training process.
After eight weeks of participating in the cycle ergometer HIIT program, all variables showed significant improvement, with the exception of FEV, FEV/FVC, VT1, and MHR in the control group, and FEV/FVC and HRM in the experimental group. Measurable enhancements were observed in FVC, FEV, VO2 max, VT1, PO to VT, VT2, and PO to VT2, in favor of the experimental group.
Cardiorespiratory fitness and hematological parameters were favorably altered in all members of the eight-week ETM-facilitated HIIT program. Future inquiry into the physiological alterations arising from ETM-facilitated HIIT regimens is warranted.

This research, in conclusion, endeavors to ascertain shifts in adolescent attachment insecurity, behavioral difficulties, and parent-child affect regulation strategies, providing preliminary data from a ten-session, online, attachment-oriented parenting intervention (eCONNECT). A total of 24 parents (20 mothers, 4 fathers; mean age 49.33, standard deviation 532) of adolescents (mean age 13.83, standard deviation 176, 458% girls) participated in an assessment of adolescent attachment insecurity (avoidance and anxiety), behavioral problems (externalizing and internalizing), and parental affect regulation strategies (adaptive reflection, suppression, and affect dysregulation) at three time points – before intervention (t0), after intervention (t1), and a two-month follow-up (t2). Adolescents exhibited a reduction in internalizing problems (d = 0.11), externalizing problems (d = 0.29), and attachment avoidance (d = 0.26), as indicated by mixed-effects regression modeling after the intervention.
